- The work sheet should be filled with data as per the requirement.
- A cell range should be sorted and filtered according to the given criterion.
- The sorted and filtered results should be validated for accuracy.
- The data range and both axis should be selected to represent the whole set of data in the chart.
- The chart type should be selected according to the nature of the data and the requirement.
- The chart should be formatted to represent all information in the data set with titles and labels.
- The duplicated data values should be removed as expected.

- It should be ensured that what-if analysis is accurate.
- The linked data sources should be accessible within the worksheet.
